The following activities are strictly prohibited on com444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:
com444 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players identified through these systems will have their accounts reviewed without prior notice, and any funds associated with prohibited activity will be withheld pending investigation.
com444 may suspend or close an account at any time if there is reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached, if the account is associated with fraudulent activity, if there is ongoing KYC or identity verification concern, or if required to do so by applicable law or operational policy.
In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. In cases where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as platform changes or voluntary closure by the player — the available real money balance will be returned after KYC verification.
You may close your com444 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. If you have an active self-exclusion in place, voluntary account closure does not override the self-exclusion period — it will remain in force for the originally requested duration.
